We The Voters: Morgan Spurlock, Grace Helbig & More Break Down Controversial Issues

Buckle your seatbelts, it’s going to get rough.

2016 is shaping up as one of the most ideologically extreme elections ever. Candidates can’t even agree on basic facts, much less next steps.

So what happens when multiple generations of would-be voters are confused by polarizing politicians and are unfamiliar with some of the basic principles, positions and players that govern American democracy? A majority don’t vote, which means their interests don’t get represented and their voices go unheard.

That’s why Vulcan Productions + Show of Force teamed up to produce 20 short films in an array of styles and approaches, from animation to documentary and scripted, aimed at inspiring and informing the American public - especially those who think voting is a confusing waste of time.

Today, We The Voters releases “Get Informed,” which includes the first 10 shorts by notable directors including Emmy Award and Oscar nominated Morgan Spurlock, YouTube personality Grace Helbig, USB’s Caitlin Bitzegaio and Hunter Nelson, Daily Show writer and producer Kevin Bleyer, and many more.

This non-partisan resource will provide voters with the tools to make informed political decisions about the issues that matter most to them. These films will demystify the workings of government with digestible analysis of controversial topics like immigration, inequality, regulations, polling, cronyism, local politics and more. Also, they're awesome.

Binge watch now, then go vote.
